Camera will not connect?

• Check the IP address, RTSP port (often 554) and that the phone is on the same network.
• Check username and password. Many devices ship with a default admin account; change it.
• Try the other stream path from the brand templates in the add-camera screen.
• Use the in-app "Test connection" button; it reports auth, port, timeout or path problems.

Remote access

Exposing a camera to the internet through port forwarding is risky. Use a strong, non-default password and keep the device firmware up to date.
